After the total shut down of parks, gyms, fitness classes, and other outdoor activities; everything has started opening again. But the rail still exists, in fact , much more than what it used to be. The limit to activity is still stopping us from doing our favourite outdoor fitness activities. But that doesn’t mean we should give up on our fitness goals. There are plenty ways we can workout at home.

Benefits:

  • Maintaining muscular strength and bone health.

  • Better sleep.

  • Higher energy levels.

  • Better mood.

Since we are working/studying from home, it’s important to maintain our energy level. Try to think of this free time at home to set new fitness goals and to achieve them. If you’re a beginner, start with 2 sessions of 10 minutes, then one 20 minute session and keep increasing as you go. You can find certain apps that fulfil the workout routine according to your choice. You can perform your favourite activity.
