  • Seerat Kapoor – An All-rounder’s journey in today’s era

by Aparajita Jaiswal Seerat Kapoor – An All-rounder’s journey in today’s era 30 June 2022 COVER STORIES Advertisement Seerat Kapoor has indeed been an all-rounder through her dancing, singing and acting. When asked about her experience training with Ashleigh Lobo, she reveals- “In all honesty, when I started off as a dancer, I had no long term plan of taking it up as a choreographer. I had merely taken it to train the passion that I have towards dance. I enrolled into Ashleigh’s company as a student, along with a couple of seniors who within my first class spotted me and offered me a scholarship program.” Moreover, the artist claims that she became a co-member of Ashleigh’s team and was landed with the opportunity of working as a choreographer in the movie, Rockstar. Taking a sneak peek into the artist’s journey as an actor, Seerat reveals that performing theatrical dance trained her to “face the camera and the big screen”. Seerat’s parents guided her through the process of training professionally as a singer. “I was very young and my parents had this knack of already understanding that there were two creative kids born to them, my brother and I. My parents thought if I trained, I could potentially stand up in the field of professional singing. At that point, all I wanted was to dance, sing and act. I remember a very open conversation at home about how Hindustani Classical music influences your vocal training.” The artist’s inspiration game is rather idealistic and taken from various forms. “I draw inspiration from everywhere, there are no one or two people, not just industry professionals, but the people I work with. Right from the management to my PR to the team that supports me; everyone inspires me. Seeing old ladies in the gym is an inspiration. Therefore, it’s holistic and I’m also inspired by many films and performances by actors.“ Being a public figure can bring out its “pros and cons”. According to the artist, the perception of a situation and whether it is bound to work in favour or not is in the stride of an actor. Her approach towards negative criticism is constructive as she looks at them as opportunities for her betterment in her art. Seerat Kapoor appeared in Slow Slow music video with Badshaah and Abhishek and has been working on several projects currently. She claims that featuring in Slow Slow music video was extremely good. The opportunity was out of her comfort zone. She added that meeting Badshah created a personal level attachment on a deeper level. In terms of her recent projects, the artist reveals that she has a Bollywood debut release with Tushar Kapoor Entertainment Productions along with veterans such as Nawazuddin Siddiqui sir. She is currently filming another movie with Suryadevara Naga Vamsi.“ The conversation was extremely delightful. Seerat concluded the interview with a heart- wrenching message for her fans. “I want to tell my fans that they have been such a great support and I won’t stay silent here, because they very loudly cheer for me when I put up something.“ #TaraTaraKhandelwalBooksBooksandbeyondBoundWritersReadersAuthorsLiterary #Love #depression #society #Seerat #Fashion #SeeratKapoor #lutopia #Anxiety #Reality #LutopiaMagazine #skincare #Life #Kapoor #Mentalhealth SEARCH Karishma Kotak Playing Her Innings In Fashion, Sports And Fitness COVER STORIES Musings With Maryam Zolghadr COVER STORIES Madhura Naik talks about the Life of an Actress COVER STORIES Kavya Thapar And Her Versatile Acting Career That Cuts Across Regional Lines COVER STORIES Ahsaas Channa Talks About Her Mother Being The Inspiration Behind Her Career COVER STORIES POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement By Anushka Sharma Komica Anchal: A Journey Of Perseverance, Passion, And Possibilities 11 September 2024 COVER STORIES By Anushka Sharma From Dream To Reality: The Rise Of Sameer Mark In The Fashion Industry 9 September 2024 COVER STORIES By Anushka Sharma From The Silver Screen To Human Rights Advocacy With Award Winning Actress Sheena Chohan 21 August 2024 COVER STORIES By Anushka Sharma The Journey Of Shilpa Joshi: A Musical Odyssey 6 August 2024 COVER STORIES RELATED POSTS Advertisement

  • The Journey Of Shilpa Joshi: A Musical Odyssey

By Anushka Sharma The Journey Of Shilpa Joshi: A Musical Odyssey 6 August 2024 COVER STORIES Advertisement Shilpa Joshi’s journey into the world of music is nothing short of inspiring. Her story is a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, and the importance of following one’s dreams, no matter the obstacles. Shilpa’s foray into music began in 2017, a seemingly late start by industry standards. Yet, as she reflects, "It's never too late to start anything which is beautiful and you love and satisfies your soul." With these words, she captures the essence of her musical journey—a path driven by love and a desire to nourish her spirit. While 2017 marked her professional debut with the song "Pehla Pyaar," Shilpa’s connection to music was deeply ingrained long before. Despite her father’s insistence on prioritizing education, her passion for singing remained unwavering. “My father wanted me to study first. His main priority was my studies. But when I was done with my studies, he was okay with me choosing my path. Music was my first love, so I chose that.” Shilpa’s early professional years were marked by her collaboration with Kunal Jaisingh, a popular face in 2017. Her debut song, featuring Jaisingh, gained significant attention, setting the stage for her burgeoning career. "It’s like a dream come true, considering that it started as a passion but ultimately became my bread and butter," she remarks. Her journey, however, was not without its challenges. Shilpa speaks candidly about the importance of manifestation and visualization in her life. “In 2019, I went through a major surgery and spent nearly a year and a half recovering. Even during those tough times, I found happiness within myself. My father always told me, ‘As long as you are breathing, live every moment fully.’ This mindset helped me find strength and purpose even in the darkest times.” Shilpa’s musical career has transcended borders, earning her a significant following in Pakistan. She attributes this unexpected success to the organic and heartfelt nature of her work. “I’ve received a lot of love from Pakistan. Followers often ask me to create new songs or covers for them. This love has been overwhelming and deeply gratifying.” The conversation also delved into the evolving landscape of the music industry, particularly the use of autotune . Shilpa offers a balanced perspective, acknowledging its role in enhancing music while emphasizing the importance of maintaining the raw, authentic quality of a singer’s voice. She says, “See, the other electronic instruments are tuned on 440HZ already. Our vocal notes aren’t tuned to that extent. In order to have a harmonious compilation between the two, the people tend to make the use of auto tune. It’s all about ensuring that it sounds better at the end of the day.” Looking ahead, she remains committed to her independence as an artist. She believes in the power of independent music and the freedom it offers. “Labels are good, but I feel that if your song has a message, it will find its path. Independent artists have their own shine. People will know you, and why not take that chance?” Social media, while a powerful tool, is not the cornerstone of Shilpa’s career. She acknowledges its benefits but also warns against its potential pitfalls. “Social media is not everything. It has both pluses and minuses. Numbers are not that important. For me, what matters is the authenticity and sincerity of my music.” With a lot of love for her family in her eyes, and her voice, her story is one of resilience and authenticity. Her journey underscores the importance of staying true to oneself and the transformative power of music. As she continues to create and inspire, Shilpa remains a beacon of hope for aspiring artists everywhere. “Music is love, and this is something you can’t explain or measure. It is felt in your heart.” Through her words and her music, Shilpa continues to touch lives, proving that with passion and perseverance, dreams can indeed become reality. • Where The Conversation Took Turns Like The Everest’s Terrain With Sahil Salathia

by Anushka Sharma Where The Conversation Took Turns Like The Everest’s Terrain With Sahil Salathia 27 January 2023 COVER STORIES Advertisement In a very interesting conversation with Mr. Sahil Salathia, we learnt far too much about how he perceives things outside the realm of acting and while he’s on set. Nevertheless, these conversations took turns like that of Everest(Pun Intended) and we loved him in that series! Movies aren’t all that Sahil Salathia is about. He also has his hands dipped in fashion and is quite a groundbreaking idol indeed. When asked about how he seeks to break the fashion stereotypes for the men as a fashion icon himself, he said, “Firstly, thank you for addressing me as a fashion icon: I’m humbled! Considering the boundaries that lie in fashion, they are far too many for men and women to tackle. One shouldn’t have a lot of seriousness around these boundaries. You wanna wear colour, wear colour, you wanna wear black nail paint, do that. Life is art, hence, be artistic and break these so-called boundaries! The key is to not take yourself so seriously!” The key indeed is to not take ourselves so seriously, after all! Fashion is art you wear and Sahil has made it look beyond surreal. Elucidating upon how it was like to work for the series, “Everest”, he fondly recalls, “I got a Lines Gold Award for the best debut and it was an incredible experience. We shot for a year in Dokriani glacier, and shot for a year and a half in total, considering the kind of a perfectionist that Ashutosh sir is. We really put in the work on this series, and Target and Everest are both available on Hotstar is indeed worth all the admiration! Ashutosh sir is a sheer gentleman, and I got to learn so much from the young cast and the fantastic actors that were a part of this series.” While there is so much that the actor has already got himself into, we couldn’t help but seek a glimpse of the upcoming projects he is set for in the future. He tells us all about them and how! “I’ve done two very very interesting parts in two very very very interesting web series. I can’t talk too much about it, but one is produced by Nikhil Advani and the other is produced by Viacom. I’d let them come up with more announcements, but I’ve finished filming and it was a bliss indeed!” Talking about the roles that he has particularly loved during his current tenure in the industry, he fondly recalls, “I can’t really pick a role that is closest to my heart, but I particularly loved my role as “Arjun Sabharwal”, the mountaineer from Everest, because it was my first and it was with Ashutosh, who is literally a legend. There are two more very interesting roles I’ve done which you’ll get to see soon.” As a groundbreaker in fashion and an actor whose skills speak for himself, we sought more of him than just acting. We wanted to know all about his viewpoint towards therapy for mental health issues amongst men and women in today's age and climate. He says, “Mental health is one of the pressing issues in today’s times. Considering how rapidly dynamic our lifestyles are, it’s imperative to understand the sheer importance of how mental health impacts us. Since I’m not a professional, I’d recommend one should seek help when one deems fit. Mental health is the most intrinsic part of our being and should not be ignored. Personally, I love to meditate, go to the gym and help release my endorphins through doing things that I absolutely enjoy!” As we furthered onto the topics of feminism and women empowerment, he stated, “Women empowerment is something we should all be very passionate about, since it’s not just for women, but also for the men. Considering how much we have suppressed women in the past, one ought to stand up for their rights in today’s scenario to make amends for the past. Feminism is about the rights that women rightfully deserve. It is about equality and being fair and I think everybody should believe in that.” As an actor who believes that the odds to be ever in his favour, he has an advice for everyone who seeks to get into this industry: “My advice would be to stay disciplined, stay balanced and manifest while you put in the effort. You get luckier when you work harder. Ask yourself one very important question, “Are you passionate about art or do you just wish to be famous?” Ultimately, this is what you should ask yourself before you plan to get into the industry. It’s the art that ultimately takes you places.” Art is something that is exuded through your passion for something, and the art of movies is to be known and perfected than be swooned over for the fancies that surround it. Nobody does it better than Sahil Salathia indeed. • The Road To Independence Is Paved With More Than Just Likes, Said Deeksha Gupta

by Akshra Khandelwal The Road To Independence Is Paved With More Than Just Likes, Said Deeksha Gupta 4 September 2023 FASHION Advertisement In the ever-evolving realm of social media, where the pursuit of authenticity and success often converge, a vibrant star emerges whose journey is as inspiring as it is genuine. Deeksha Gupta, the name that has been weaving its way into the digital tapestry, welcomed us into her world for a candid conversation about her rise as an influencer, the transformative power of collaborations, and the unwavering drive to stay true to oneself. With a refreshing blend of humility and ambition, Deeksha unveiled her story, reflecting on the rollercoaster of "almost" blooming days that shaped her path. From her humble beginnings with around 40,000 followers, she made it clear that her focus was always on authenticity. "I never want to do collaborations, and I like posting whatever I feel like that shows the real me," she often told her close circle. Yet, fate had its plans. A turning point emerged when Deeksha decided to leap of faith and say yes to her first brand collaboration. The outcome was beyond her expectations, as she pocketed a considerable 10,000 units of her chosen currency. The impact was profound – a newfound sense of independence and the pride of making her parents' hearts swell with joy ignited a relentless fire within her. As we sipped our chosen beverages, Deeksha playfully shared her signature style and described her as an ode to comfort with a hint of style. "It has to be a white top and dark blue denim or shorts. But let's not forget those essential cycling shorts – they're an absolute must. Comfort shouldn't compromise style," she quipped. Moving beyond the fashion realm, Deeksha invited us into her fitness journey. With a disciplined approach, she embraced a weekly "push, pull, & legs" routine, while her abs found their strength through a dedicated circuit routine. But it wasn't all about physical prowess; Deeksha's sanctuary lay in the moments of unwinding that marked her day's end. "I believe that the moments of unwinding are sacred," Deeksha shared with a smile that held the wisdom of experience. She detailed her cherished ritual with an almost poetic description – stepping into her room, shedding the layers of makeup, and engaging in heartfelt conversations with her confidantes over a call. "It's my favorite part of the day," she admitted, "a time when I can truly be myself and recharge." Deeksha's love for skincare emerged as a common thread during these serene moments. The diligent application of creams and serums was complemented by a central ritual that spoke volumes about her character – tidying her room. "It may sound 'small,' I guess," she mused, "but I find it essential. Going to bed with everything in order sets the tone for the next day." The conversation turned toward aspirations, and Deeksha's eyes lit up with a dream she had been nurturing. "I want to collaborate with Dyson," she confessed. The aim was more than just a product acquisition; it was a testament to her determination and vision of success. "I could buy it, sure," she acknowledged, "but there's something magical about collaborating with a brand that resonates with you." Deeksha's journey, marked by dedication and a desire to prove herself, has been punctuated by challenges and lessons. "I learned this the hard way," she reflected, "but giving up or losing heart is never an option." She cautioned against getting carried away by fleeting successes, urging fellow content creators to persist even when the metrics seem unfavourable. "Keep creating content regardless of the engagement. It'll always be you versus you," she affirmed. As our conversation drew close, Deeksha shared her vision for the future – driven by kindness and grounded in humility. "I look forward to being kinder and down-to-earth," she said, her eyes gleaming with resolve. "Making my loved ones proud is what fuels my spirit." In the realm of influencers, where facades can be as captivating as they are deceiving, Deeksha Gupta stands out as a beacon of authenticity. Her journey, shaped by triumphs and trials, is an inspiring reminder that success is not just about numbers but the relentless pursuit of one's passions. With her heart set on the horizon, Deeksha Gupta continues to carve her unique path, reminding us that the journey is as important as the destination and that staying true to oneself is the most potent influence. • The story of the suicide forest: Japan’s suicide forest

by Aishwarya The story of the suicide forest: Japan’s suicide forest 1 November 2022 TRAVEL Advertisement Advertisement What does come to your mind, when you hear the word “forest”? Well, for obvious reasons, you would think about lush green space, a ton of trees, breezy and cool, and a very peaceful place. A forest that isn’t known for its peaceful atmosphere, but rather a disturbing truth, is a weird thing, right? There is a forest in Japan that has the reputation and recognition for having the second-highest number of suicides happening there. It gets even more spooky when the locals over there claim the forest to be possessed by the spirits of the suicide victims. This is the story of a forest in Japan, named Aokigahara Forest, located northwest of Mount Fuji. The entrance of the forest warns its visitors, to “Think carefully about your children, your family. Your life is a precious gift from your parents. Quietly think once more about your parents, siblings or children. Please don’t suffer alone, and first, reach out.” These are the words that are adorned at the entrance of Aokigahara Forest. This forest is globally known as the Suicide Forest. It is the second most famous place for suicides, the first being the Golden Gate Bridge. The forest is spread across a huge area of 35 sq km, giving it the name “Sea of Trees”. It is believed that getting lost in the forest is a very common thing here, and the way out of it is an impossible mission. With a story so dark, it is pretty common to have a reputation for it being possessed. According to Japanese mythology, the forest is said to be home to Yurei- which means ghosts of the dead. As per the official statements , around 105 bodies were discovered in the forest, in the year 2003. Most of the bodies were severely decomposed and/or eaten by wild animals. Due to its story, many Japanese spiritualists believe that the suicides have permeated the trees, which results in paranormal activities in the forest. People often lose their way inside the forest, as the technologies and devices such as compasses and mobile phones fail here. It is due to the deposits of magnetic iron created by the volcanic salt in this region. The devices start behaving weirdly and show wrong directions. Now, this is the reason, it's an impossible mission to find your way out of this forest. People also believe that the bodies of suicide victims should not be left alone in the forest. They believe that it is bad luck for the victims and often their spirits cry and scream for help, and also move their bodies. Now, we don’t know how true it is, but the belief of some people cannot be ignored just because it isn’t proven. Keeping this in the mind, the forest workers bring them back and keep them in a special room at the local forest police station. Many experts have researched why people choose to die in this forest. Almost three decades ago, a Japanese psychiatrist interviewed some Aokigahara suicide survivors and wrote that a key reason for their selection was that “they believed that they would be able to die successfully without being noticed.” Another psychiatrist, Dr Yoshitomo Takahashi, believed that movies and media reports have played a role in influencing people. He also said that they might have wanted to “share the same place with others and belong to the same group”. The nation has been taking steps to curb suicides, over the years. Security cameras are being set at the entrances, hoping to track those who walk inside, according to Imasa Watanabe of the Yamanashi prefectural government. The local government has also opted for suicide prevention methods, such as raising the bridge rails' height, having volunteered to talk to and convince suicidal visitors, increasing police patrolling and discouraging movies and TV shows to not promote the forest as a suicide forest. With a reputation so dark, Aokigahara Forest has failed to be peaceful and beautiful, as a forest should be. We need to know that, suicide doesn’t end your problem but rather removes you and replaces your family & loved ones, in your problem. • In Conversation And More With Payal Ghosh

by Anushka Sharma In Conversation And More With Payal Ghosh 11 March 2023 COVER STORIES Advertisement Accompanied with a vivacious personality and an appealing charm, Payal Ghosh is a class apart indeed. In a candid take on her life’s trajectory with us, we uncovered a lot that lies under the layers. Speaking of when she got her first break, she said, “I was just 17 when I got my first opportunity. I wasn't even out of college yet, I just went to accompany a friend to an audition and I got a movie Prayanam directed by a National Award winning director Mr. Yeleti. It was a fantastic experience.” Getting an opportunity at the age of 17 is definitely a God’s given bliss! Speaking of how she would describe her experience working in the South as well as Bollywood, she talks to us about how different the overall outlook is. She states, “They both are different. Down south they do a lot of pre-production work. This is not to say that Bollywood doesn't, but it's more abundant there. The shoots are also wrapped sooner down south. Bollywood is a different ballgame. The audience is wide and you are critiqued for everything that you do. As we unfurled a few topics on which one of her works is closest to her heart, she tells us that she cannot choose or pick a single project! “All of them. I can't differentiate between them. They are like my babies. I’ve worked so much that no work is big or less for me, I loved all my work and every artist should love every work of theirs.” Art is all about nourishing a metaphorical baby that feeds off your talent, after all! Speaking of her upcoming projects, she states, “One of them is Red which is completed with Krishna. It's a thriller. I have started working on "Shaque the doubt" which is also a thriller. The shooting commences in London soon. I’ve many more projects coming up to surprise the Audience and my fans.” When we asked Payal about this one piece of advice for the girls who are keen to join the industry, she tells us, “Be bold, be yourself and don't take the shortcut route. If you work hard enough for your dreams you'll surely make it. There is enough room for talent. Believe in yourself.” However, acting isn’t all that she’s known for. Payal has some slick sense of dressing as well. When asked about her fashion mantra, she tells us the key to knowing it all: Being yourself in whatever you wear, with confidence and happiness, only to never go wrong with it! As the conversation divulged into the topics of mental health, she has a rather interesting take on the entire subject. She states, “Do start with a goal for your mental health content. ... Do use credible sources. ... Do include the details on how to get in touch with professional help. ... Don't limit people's identities to their mental health.” Speaking of her views on body positivity, she tells us, “All body types are beautiful and deserve acceptance. Body positivity is guided by the understanding that feeling positive and accepting of appearance can improve mental health, reduce the risk of eating disorders, and allow someone to function at their best. Needless to say, this interview with Payal Ghosh was indeed a refreshing take on life, Bollywood and perspectives in general. • When It Comes To Shop Fashionable Items Here’s What Most Men Want

by Yashi Srivastava When It Comes To Shop Fashionable Items Here’s What Most Men Want 12 February 2023 FASHION Advertisement The time when men hated shopping is long gone. Today, most men want to look good and feel good and so, want to shop good. Even though there are certain differences between what men and women want when they go out to shop for clothes, accessories, shoes, and more! So, what is it that most men want when they go shopping for clothes and other fashion items? Men want to be clear on what they want Most men do not like wasting time in several shops and showrooms before deciding on what they want. It is not an opportunity to socialize with other men, for them. So, the best thing that a man can do before going out shopping is to make a list of all the fashion items he wants, including the design or color he wants. For instance, if you want to buy a shirt, do a little research to get an idea of what kind of shirt you want -the design, color, style, etc. along with the store which may have it. You can find the store on Google to and go straight into it. They want to shop with convenience Men do not want to browse through an ocean of clothes or jeans or accessory to find that one perfect fashion item they had in mind. Woman, certainly would bring down an entire mountain to find that peach dress which Rachel wore in FRIENDS, but men just don’t care. So, they would usually prefer to go inside the showrooms that have MEN section. If you have a fashion store, pay heed to this and create a section exclusively for men. It may be a big reason why most men love to shop online - they do not have to go out and search for their section in the store! If it is not a gadget or equipment, money certainly matters to men While most men love to shop fashion these days, unlike women, they would want to see the value in the product. In other words, whether they are shopping online or at a store, the brand has got to show its worth to them otherwise it would most certainly be a no from men. Most men like branded clothes and shoes but they wouldn’t appreciate the idea of expensive for no reason. Once they find their go-to brand, they will stick to it for years Men want to find a fashion brand that suits them and they would certainly be their loyal army for years and years! Why do you think most men go to Levis? It is because the brand has established a connection with them that most fashion brands cannot simply because Levis understand and connects with men’s psyche. The brand offer discounts, offers, and loyalty programs to reel men in and well, most men like it. Online stores over offline showrooms As mentioned already, most men like convenience, even when shopping for clothes or other fashion items. So, yes, online shopping preferable over offline, and they wouldn’t mind paying more for this, we mean the delivery charges. Well, it’s understandable for even women enjoy the comfort part. So, remember to give them the value of their money, exclusive space, and of course, a loyalty program to relate to, and you would see that even though men have it their way, they wouldn’t mind going out to shop every weekend. Blob - With the changing fashion world, why wouldn’t men embrace the idea of shopping fashionable items for themselves? Gone are the days when men didn’t want to look good. With changing times, even male shoppers want to explore the best in fashion but in their own way! If it has value, convenience, and style, men of this generation will buy it! • Five ways to make your commute enjoyable

by Aishwarya Five ways to make your commute enjoyable 4 November 2022 LIFESTYLE Advertisement Commuting to work is one of the most universally despised of all the things that give us tension and anxiety — a heavy workload, financial difficulties, and a cluttered home, to mention a few. During the pandemic, millions of people were able to forego long commutes in exchange for a short stroll to their computers. Now that firms are bringing remote workers back to the office, the prospect of dealing with rush-hour traffic or crowded public transportation can leave workers mentally and physically exhausted before they even leave the house. Let’s see five ways to make your daily commute more enjoyable. Discover Something New: Do you have to keep your eyes on the road? Look for audiobooks or podcasts in your field. "When I started a new job, it required some different skills, so I listened to audiobooks about topics like leadership and agile methodology," says Juliya Margolin, a director of product development at Prudential who commutes by car from Brooklyn to the company's headquarters in Newark—a trip that takes at least an hour. Seek advice from coworkers or mentors, and embrace learning on several platforms. "Audio is a terrific method for me to diversify how I consume information," explains Margolin . "I read on a computer most of the time." Listening allows me to immerse myself in a subject in a new and enriching way." Change Your Travel Schedule: Instead of attempting to navigate New York City's peak rush-hour traffic from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., Margolin leaves her Brooklyn home at about 8:30 a.m. and arrives at work in less time and with significantly less stress. Despite her later start time, she arrives at a respectable 9:30 AM. "My team is more concerned with getting things done than with face time," Margolin explains. "Some days, I have to come in for 8:30 or 9 a.m. meetings, but I'm flexible when necessary and utilise my judgement as to which meetings are critical." Margolin follows the same technique after the day, departing a little later, after 6 PM, to avoid the 4:30 to 6 PM traffic jam. Make a plan: Experiment with different driving routes and commuting days and hours. Take note of peak traffic times and plan your route accordingly. Plan your commute to the workplace on off-peak days and hours if you have the option of working a flexible remote or hybrid schedule. You can also cut your commute time by avoiding peak hours. After work, run errands, go to the gym or business fitness centre, or join a recreational sports team near your office. You'll get some workouts and maybe even meet some new people! Bring snacks: Don't drive hangry! If you're hungry or thirsty in the afternoon, a traffic standstill is much more annoying. Keep protein snacks or bottles of water in their trunk or your desk drawer at work for a quick pick-me-up before getting behind the wheel. Reduce screen time: Most of us already spend a significant portion of our day staring at a screen. If you take public transportation, try taking a break from your screen. Non-digital material such as a book, magazine, or even an old-fashioned crossword puzzle might help you work other areas of your brain and minimise fatigue. To calm your thoughts, listen to a podcast, music, or relaxing sounds. During the pandemic, millions of people were able to forego long commutes in exchange for a short stroll to their computers. #Commute #Travel #Work #DailyCommute #Audiobooks #Tips #Lifestyle SEARCH Countdown To History: Omega Unveils Paris 2024 Olympics Countdown Clock And Special Edition Timepiece LIFESTYLE Juggling Law And Fashion: The Inspirational Journey Of Riddhi Nahata, A Multifaceted Influencer LIFESTYLE Join Shruti Yogi On Her Enchanting Journey From Kumkum Bhagya To Wanderlust Saga LIFESTYLE Personal Growth And Relatability: Ishita Khanna's Key To Influencer Success LIFESTYLE 6 Disadvantages Of Being Pretty LIFESTYLE POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement By Anushka Sharma From Dental Drills To Instagram Thrills: The Journey Of Mekhala Bawsay 16 August 2024 LIFESTYLE By Anushka Sharma Juggling Two Worlds: The Inspiring Journey Of Kritika Goel 16 August 2024 LIFESTYLE By Anushka Sharma Kanchan Serai: Balancing The Skies And The Spotlight 15 August 2024 LIFESTYLE By Anushka Sharma Nikita Pawar: From Fashion Design To Digital Stardom 15 August 2024 LIFESTYLE RELATED POSTS Advertisement
