Many celebrities have come forward with their brand, while many of them have also partnered with some big organisations. Aviation American Gin, by Ryan Reynolds: Ryan Reynolds, a famous Hollywood actor, has turned into a co-owner of Aviation American Gin. He has quoted in the company’s official website, “I’ve tried every gin on the planet and the Aviation is hands down, the best. Also, I don’t recommend trying every gin on the planet. Stick with this one.” The actor has launched the Aviation America Gin brand on British Airways (BA) flights. He invested in Aviation in the year 2018. In October 2021, his brand teamed up with Reynolds’ wife, actor Blake Lively, to launch a cocktail menu containing Aviation Gin and Betty Buzz mixers at the British Airways John F Kennedy International Airport Lounge, in New York City, US.
Betty Buzz, by Blake Lively: Ryan’s wife, Blake Lively, recently launched her brand of mixers; Betty Buzz. She claims that, whether you are sober-curious, health-conscious, or simply looking for better-tasting mixers, Betty Buzz has super-bubbly choices to select from. The mixers come in a 9-ounce bottle, and the flavours such as; Tonic Water, Sparkling Grapefruit, Meyer Lemon Club Soda, Sparkling Lemon Lime, and Ginger Beer. All of them are made with no artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners- also no ad cameos by Ryan, they are produced in the USA. Since her launch in September 2021, Blake has noticed the growing demand for her mixer products. The first piece of marketing came in April with Lively’s debut, where she playfully expressed her endless desire for bubbles while highlighting her Betty Buzz flavours.
Brother’s Bond Bourbon, by brothers from Vampire Diaries: The on-screen brothers from ‘The Vampire Diaries’ are exploring the next phase of their lives together- as business partners, this time. Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, have a mutual love for bourbon- much like their brotherly bond. When they weren’t seen playing blood-thirsty vampires on-screen, Wesley and Somerhalder were building a tradition of their own- drinking bourbon. After a decade of drinking together, Wesley says that creating their bourbon “felt like an incredibly organic thing to do.” Like this, their journey of creating the Brother’s Bond Bourbon started- a passion project that has seen both of them through the stages of their bond.
818 Tequila, by Kendall Jenner: Kendall Jenner, a famous model, announced her latest venture; 818 Tequila, in February 2021. It is a small-batch brand that is a result of 3.5 years, as quoted by Jenner. Jenner showed an interest in creating a company that is focused on producing tequilas that appeal to a fresh generation of tequila drinkers, who are more into casual, social, natural experiences produced by a distillery that places a high priority on social responsibility. The significant aspects of 818 are known to be to promote environmental sustainability and support community initiatives that give back to people.
Fresh Vine Wines, by Julianne and Nina: Fresh Vine Wines, the company co-founded by Julianne Hough, best known for “Dancing With the Stars”, and Nina Dobrev, known for “Vampire Diaries”. “It is a unique collection of bold, crisp, and flavourful wines that embody a deeper connection with active lifestyles” as quoted on their official website. They are manufactured and bottled in Napa, California, and their collection features a California Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Rose Wine, Sauvignon Blanc, and a Limited Reserve Napa Cabernet. The company has recently appointed a CEO; Janelle Anderson, who was formerly a marketing executive at American Airlines.
With many celebrities turning towards entrepreneurship, we get to see a vast diversity and quality surge. It is a good move by them to make a much larger impact on society as an individual. Alcohol isn’t a necessity, but a want. Beware of your wants, and drink responsibly.
